Gugulethu Sophia Mbatha, better popularly known as Gugu Mbatha-Raw is an internationally renowned British stage and screen actress who gained popularity after her role in the "Doctor Who' (a British science-fiction TV show) which aired on BBC channel. Gugu gained fame for her role as Tish Jones on the series by BBC. She was the daughter of the main character called Martha Jones. Gugu was set to pursue a career in acting when the viewers were captivated by her happy spontaneity. Gugu also appeared in various British theatre and television shows. Her work has been critically acclaimed due to her amazing performance in 'Belle' (2013), a British period drama and "Beyond the Lights" (2014), a romantic drama. In addition, she has appeared in various American shows like 'Larry Crowne", one of Tom Hanks comedy film and television shows such as "Undercover" series and "Touch.' In 2015, Gugu was the star who took on the leading role in 'Nell ' a play by Jessica Swale, as a character who was an actress and also the mistress of the king Charles II of England and Scotland. There was a great deal of praise from critics who loved her acting talents and then was nominated for the prestigious "Evening Standard" Theatre Award for the Best Actress. Gugu also received the Member of the Order of the British Empire award (MBE) from Queen Elizabeth II for her extraordinary contributions to the dramatic.

Chelsea Joy Handler was born on February 25, 1975, in Livingston, New Jersey. The family was comprised of six family members including Chelsea Joy Handler as the youngest. Handler's father was an used car dealer, as was her mother, who was a homemaker. Her mother was born a German Immigrant, who immigrated to the United States in 1958. Her diagnosis was breast cancer in 1989 and died after battling cancer for 10 years. Handler was raised Reform Judaism by her father and grandfather, who were Jewish. Handler had a happy and healthy childhood growing up in a well-off neighborhood. When she was 19 she made the move from the city of her birth to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. Handler began to perform for income. However, when she was age 21, Handler decided to pursue stand-up comedy full time, after she discovered her storytelling abilities. At the beginning of her career Handler began her journey as part of the Oxygen network, which was an all-female cast on Hidden Camera/Practical Joke Reality television series Girls Behaving in a Bad Way. The show ran from 2002 through 2005. The actress began appearing in different shows like Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler started her career as a journalist for The Tonight Show. Handler made her breakthrough after 2006 when she began hosting her own show on E! known as The Chelsea Handler show. The show lasted for two seasons. The next year, Handler performed on the Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour in the United States. Her stand-up performances have been shown by VH1 as well as Comedy Central's Premium Blend and HBO. It was announced in 2010 that she would host MTV's Video Music Awards in 2010.
